What are your payment terms?
Payment is required on the day of treatment.
Payment can be made with cash, Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Do you process health insurance claims on the spot?
Yes, we have HICAPS, which is a convenient way to process your health insurance claim on the day of treatment.
Once your health insurance claim has been processed electronically, you will need to settle the outstanding balance or gap.
Please remember to bring your membership card with you to your appointment.
Does your practice participate in the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)?
Our practice welcomes patients under the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule and is pleased to offer Bulk Billing for eligible patients under this scheme.
It is important to let the receptionist know if your child is eligible when booking the appointment. This allows us sufficient time to perform the verification required by Medicare prior to your appointment.

Can Government Vouchers be used at your practice?
We accept Victorian Emergency Dental Scheme and Victorian General Dental Scheme Vouchers.
Please bring your voucher into the practice to pay the patient contribution and make your appointment.

Do you see Dental Emergencies?
If you are suffering from severe toothache, broken a front tooth or have been involved in an accident, our practice will try our best to have you seen a soon as possible.
We usually reserve an appointment in our schedule for such situations, but to be seen on the day, it is best to call us early in the day.
What if I need to cancel or change an appointment?
As surgery time is costly, we require 24hrs notice to change or cancel an appointment, otherwise a fee may be charged.
